NO question 03' vert. haha, honestly my buddy has an outcast and i've shot it and i like it, but for the extra couple hundred dollars you pay for the outcast you could really put that $ toward the 03 adn then, i think the 03 would definently out perform the outcast... unless of course you're all about the looks and fancy carving of the outcast. i play w/ 02 vert with some money put in and it would spank the marshmallow out of any outcast out there. no offense to the outcast fans out there!!!
