First of all, I'm assuming you bought the marker from an online auction or listing rather than from a shop or dealer (otherwise bring/send it back to the dealer to be fixed).

Does the trigger return properly when the marker is not gassed up? If not, you want to make sure that the sear spring is in your Eclipse frame. A missing spring would fit the bill for a couple of your problems. It sounds like you might have some other timing/pressure issues as well. You say the ball kind of rolls out. Does the gun actually fire? Or, does the back block simply move back when you pull the trigger, and forward when you move the trigger back?
