If you want a bulletproof stupid simple gun, look at a MAG. If you want something infinitely tunable to your taste, get a cocker. Be warned: A cocker is not a good choice for someone with no mechanical inclination. Personally I'd go for a flat black '02. They are getting cheap, so If you can't stand it, you're not completely out a butload of cash. The black finish is not as flashy as the fancy-anno-heavy-mill-job types, but is capable of the same performance (and actually a bit better if you aren't stuck with brand Z front end to match your anno ;^)...
Look around for what you like and what will annoy you. For instance, I don't like 2 finger triggers, and I detest vert feeds, because I play alot of 'woods' ball where the unobstructed sight rail is nice for making that first shot count. If you play mostly speedball, a vert may be a better choice.

The best part of a cocker is being able to pick and choose the parts that are right for you. the non-stock cockers are someone elses idea of what it should be like.

Save the rest of your money for later upgrades and good paint. Good paint will make more of a performance difference in accuracy than any other thing on ANY marker. a Talon with good paint will outshoot a cocker with Billy Bob's outback manuere pile paint for $5.00 for 5000....

: I have enough for any autococker on the market, but I am not a great player and I don't want to look like the kid who has rich parents and gets everything he wants. I was looking into a 03 vert autococker and putting some money into it. I'd like all opinions plz. Help me out please!
