: Try adjusting your hammer down thru the hole in the top of the gun.
Already did this a few times man. That's what I meant by 'adjusting the sear lug through it's length of travel'. Meaning, I adjusted it until I could no longer pull the hammer back (it was binding on it) and then adjusted it to the point the hammer missed the sear all together!
