I'm pretty sure that the difference between 12 & 14 inch barrels is more of a cosmetic thing than an accuracy issue.

With any barrel system I've seen, only the back section of the barrel (the part that matters) is matched to the paint. As those back sections are the same and overall barrel length is determined by the ported front section that is not matched to the paint, I can't believe there would be any measurable difference between the 12 & 14 systems.

Some feel they can sight better with a longer barrel & there's the inflatable bunker thing. But, I personally prefer 12".
