Some of the older tanks are certified only to 2200 psi after a certain AGE. So ASK find out what that age is, when that applies to the tank you are buying.

Check with your local dive shop that will be refilling it for the details...

You can just swap out a PraxAir 4500 psi Nitro tank just like the ones your paintball shop and field has for about the SAME money and you don't have to deal with the certifications and stuff.

Check in to that if you have a way to haul around a 5 foot tall tank.
