personally...i simply use fast with manual mode. but im not into the high speeds like many people. if you are looking for settings, go to pbnation.com. they have a forum just for electro cockers...lots of people have posted their settings. its worth taking a look. the number one upgrade in my mind though is a barrel. the number one barrel in my mind is the hammerhead. just my opinions though
