huge problems, what the cause?

i got a wgp hinge on my cocker, a dye ram, orrical 3 way and a jack hammer 2 for a front block, heres the prob. My bolt is slammed forwad and wont move when the gun fires, i have back out all the regs and as soon as the air back up it "locks down" again, whats the cause and how can i fix it
