velocity with a 03 outkast

just recived a new outkast and i am haveing probles with the velocity it goes from 210 and on the next shot it goes to 320 the store where i got it from just sent in the inline regulator and wgp sent me a new one i just put it on and it does the same thing also we have tried 22 different kinds of paintballs and different brands that they carry her at the srore i also have tried for the last 3 weeks called the tech hot line at wgp and have had no responce and the store where i got it at has called there rep and tech support also for the past two weeks and no responce any help would be greatful
