Ok relax, I believe the anger came from the mothers wording, which I took badly also. I have a 15 & 20 year old, so I really can understand. When the mother said we taught him well to use his seatbelt, and didn't say oops, we didn't hammer as well on the underage drinking, it just sounded bad. I don't believe she meant that the parents condone his drinking, she was just happy that at least one of the things parents "harp" on sunk in. Sometimes none of them do. I am glad your son is ok, and hope he can make some good come out of this.
