It is definitely not a good deal. If they just took the same 6 guys and got part time jobs at Wendy's flipping burgers for $7 an hour, they would make $17,472 before taxes. That is just from the time they would spend reffing the weekends and not include the labor every other month or the tournament reffing. If you think the paint at cost is a great deal, then think again. Any shmuck can pay $500 or so and get a business license and get that for themselves and possibly make a few bucks on the side by selling to friends.

What you are doing is offering them less than burger joints to get shot up by retards with rentals and waste time they could be practicing when you are only interested in cheap labor. You should be looking at sponsorships as advertising and find people who would represent you with good attitudes and skills and attract people to your business. If you want cheap labor, get a trailer full of illegal aliens.
