Mike, did you try the attorney general of NY? or the local attorney general of that area or major city. Usually that will get their attention for refunds etc. You can also hit them with a BBB complaint that will mess with their standing in the community. Of last resort you can sue them in small claims court. But you would have to travel up to their courthouse maybe more trouble than its worth. But if you can get some teams to join your action you can get the attorney general to do all the work for you. Mention how this company hurts out of state tourists etc.
