practice snap shooting, make sure all your gear is ready the day before the tournament the last thing on your mind when ur out on the field should be your gear, stay well hydrated-drink plenty of water till u pee clear-this mainly depends if ur playin in hotter weather. um and if u have a lower grade marker than other teams, relax u may get pounded but most experienced players will be glad to give u tips and strategies. thats about it uh hope u have a load of fun at the tourney! good luck
