: What part of enforcing the rules needs to be explained? If they are written down where EVERYONE can read them AND YOU enforce those rules AS WRITTEN there should be NO problems. But, as in any other competition, from softball to paintball, the higher the classification, the bigger the cry-babies because they figure if they scream loud enough and long enough, they'll eventually get their way. And isn't that why the league has referees? To be the EYES and EARS of the League as their on-field representative. To enforce whose rules they have put forth? So... you only use one of the five senses? You can't hear and see at the same time?


Hmmm I guess your super ref and need to come out and show me how to do it. You up for the challenge?
