Why would refs look the other way? This is one of the strongest arguments possible for having teams ref. The refs in the Pan Am are teams that play in the Pan Am - if anything they are going to be harder on the Bonebrake team because they are competing against them in the series.

It's no different than Dynasty (sponsored by WDP) being able to play in the NPPL Super 7 (produced by Pure Promotions, a company owned by WDP) and finishing as the top team, or teams sponsored by National Paintball Supply, Smart Parts, DraXxus, Generation E, DYE, Paintball Sports/Cousins, and Shocktech (companies owned by the owners of PSP) being allowed to play in the PSP.
