Ethan,

It is obvious to me why Professional Paintball provides such an excellent product. People and companies like yours keep me playing paintball, year after year. As a Captain of an aspiring paintball team, it is vital to me that my team members have tools that work. With the extraordinary competition today, there is no exception to the quality marker that we must insist upon. Losing a match or tournament due to faulty equipment or lack of parts and availability is unacceptable and you folks at Free-Flow have taken steps to ensure the best in product and excellent service for your customers.

When I contacted you last week by e-mail, you responded immediately to my problem and I was surprised. Surprised because so many manufacturers seem to have lost touch with the importance of "Service After The Sale." Not everyone is sponsored and have markers available to them at little or no cost. Many teams (including mine) pay for their own markers and gear. Budget constraints do not allow for "extra markers" to be laying around as back ups so the primary marker must be kept working.

My letter to you stated that "I have a Free-Flow Boxxer that is breaking bolt O-rings. My question after seeing your site was whether I could order a nylon bolt from you and I wondered whether or not the part would be covered by the Free-Flow lifetime warranty." You first sympathized with my problem and immediately shipped me the nylon bolt at no cost to me! I recieved it today!

Ethan, I thank you for your excellent response and help in fixing my problem without causing me a single day with a non usable marker. I bought my Free-Flow mostly because of your excellent reputation for quality and excellent warranty. With several years of experience in this game, I have never been treated better or had a company respond so quickly to any product issues I have had.
