Looking for tips on Sprinkler valve modifications.

I'm using a Rainbird 3/4 anti-siphon model. Need to know what, if anything can be done to enhance performance on it. Any advice or a pointer to a website with such tips would be helpful.

I'm pretty sure I can remove the anti-siphon check valve and open up the flow on that side. Just wondering if there was anything I can do on the in flow side to improve performance.
