Boy. I wish you would have told me it was imposible to seal an o-ring above 275 psi BEFORE I did it. My new gun uses CO2 at full pressure (800-1000 psi)and is sealed with normal buna-n o-rings.

I did have a lot of trouble getting one seal to stay in. At one point, I made a 3/4" diameter seal from solid rubber 3/4" long. I bored out a hole so it just barely stuck out enough to seal and glued it in place with various types of glues. My valve was so fast it blew the huge chunk of rubber through my 1/2" valve (more than once)
