Perry told me he PAID an extra Dollar an HOUR to every ref DURING the game that came in and get paid to sit for a class about the game rules. I know Perry was trying real HARD to get the staff knowledgable of the fine points of the game rules. Something we've all experienced from time to time. Interestingly, I noticed I don't Grump, Grump, Grump, Grump about the ref goof ups that I received the benefit from. When I benefit the other side goes Grump, Grump, Grump, Grump. When the other side benefits, it is my turn to go Grump, Grump, Grump, Grump. It is unfortunate and frustrating but over time, it all evens out....
