Thanks for the help. I took the fill nipple off and there was a metal thing that kind of looks like a burstdisk. I tried to take it off with my finger nails, but only succeeded in breaking my finger nails. I was going to try prying it off with a knife and then I realized I have a scuba tank and if I hooked just the fill nipple up to the scuba tank and very lightly opened the scuba valve I could probaby blow the metal thing off. That worked to get the metal rivet looking thing out of the fill nipple and I found the O-ring around the metal rivet looking thing. It was very sticky and dirty, so I cleaned it and put a little (very little gun slick, a graphite lubricating material, on it) and put it all back together. Aired up my tank from the scuba tank and no more leaks. Thanks very much for the help.
