i have a 16 ounce chrome moly tank that my local paintball shop has just started to refuse filling even though apparently it's been expired for a long time. but my question is about the chrome moly tanks being excempt from re-hydro.
The numbers on my tank are
DCT-E8096-1800-M1CE0 060 D
My tank has no significant damage to it, only minor scratches. The pin valve is also in good condition.

Another question, if a tank must be checked where can i get that done? I live in delaware.
