You do NOT need the compressed air conversion kit to run compressed air on you M98. Just screw in the tank and your ready to go. You will see an amazing difference in consistency with HPA over C02, no more messing with velocity when it's hot or cold outdoors. Accuraccy will improve due to a consistent burst of air hitting each ball, with a good paint to barrel fit. Hope it helps.

: I have an m98c with palmers stabilizer reg, dye 12" stainless barrel, Empire reloader, and 20oz co2 tank.

: I am wondering if I spend the 120 some dollars on a compressed air conversion kit would it be possible to basically just drop it in to what I have now.
: I play rec once every 2-4 months. I have a fairly accurate market setup right now when the paint is friendly, but I want to know if compressed air would make it significantly better.
: What are advantages?
: Disadvantages?
