if the local stores want to jack up their prices b/c they dont know a thing about paintball, or they have super guns that can defy the law of gravity. They can but they wont make much money doing this.

The reason im saying this is because i used to work at a Local shop that jacked up their prices and did not for anything want to drop them. you know you make more profit from more sales than you would from single "large" sales.
