Flatline or Boomstick

whats a better barrel a flatline or boomstick...i play sniper but i like to play front too and speed ball and a flatline wouldnt be good for that..

boomstick i hear is awesome but you wont get a flatlines range..

and the bad things i hear about the flatline is that its hard to install, breaks balls, breaks more and more balls after a while (fixable), bad at close range, and it wont break from long range..

does any body have a preference?
