That sounds just fine. You don't want to over do it because I have found that you can get the internals all messy. For the most part, a drop onto all the moving parts (trigger springs and sear, rear bolt o-rings, and FINE line along the groove that connects the front and rear bolts, should suffice). I have found that less is actually better becuase it gives just enough lube, without excess. If you find that you have some leaking between the receiver halves when its sitting around, you have too much. If you find that you have some in the aforementioned space after firing a couple of hundred rounds, you have enough. Be sure that you clean it up really well after each outing! The gun is build like a tank and can take a beating, but you really gotta take care of it. Break the gun down after shooting about 800-1000 rounds, wipe out the old oil, clean up any gunk out really well, inspect your o-rings and fittings for leaks, and reoil it. MAINTAIN YOUR GUN!!!! Time and time again, younger players on my team DON'T do this because they're spoiled brats and careless. They wonder why their guns don't fire, misfire, leak or jam on them in gun fights. As an aside, "white lithium grease" from a hardware store works well for your gun saftey pin and for the hopper latch and spring. You only need a DAB = very little, but enough to coat it. You can also put this stuff around your barrel o-ring and joints, and wherever your airsources connect. In summary 1. USE the RIGHT OIL 2. LESS IS BETTER 3. WHITE LITHIUM GREASE is good stuff 4. MAINTAIN YOUR GUN!!!!!!!! Upgrades: (in any order) 1. Nitro when you can afford it 2. Regulator 3. Barrel and 12V VL hopper 4. RT for fun after you have done at least the first 3 Good luck
