#1 is a good mask $40ish+

#2 is a new barrel, good common barrels for this are a jj ceramic, dye excel, and a lapco bigshot of course the more you spend the better like a freak system

#3 is personal prefference from here to be acurate you must make the marker consistant get a palmer stabilizer if using co2 or hpa you must look at the cost of each and is a store close that will fill both, the palmer is $80 with a $20co2 tank so $100 bucks, the hpa tank will be 80-300 bucks then a hpa regulator of course if you have to drive 30miles to fill it (like around here) also if you want to low preasure the marker is another $100 (you do not need the low preasure kit to run hpa, 400 psi is low and 800 is stock for a 98 for hpa)

#4 make your setup fit you if your set on a big tank get a 16oz this will pull up nicer than any larger tank

#5 these are prefference thing from here out a scope as you said would be nice however a paintball is not that accurate it also gives you more of a tunnel vision, adco(sp?) sights are good paintball sights that have a no break guarntee(sp)
