I have a 98 with a new 14 inch J&J ceramic. This barrel shreds paint after about the 50th shot. I tried a 14" boomstick with the same results.

The stock barrel with the response trigger will shoot forever without a break, but it is loud and not as good looking as that J&j.

Anyone have any ideas? I've cleaned and lubed and smoothed to no effect.
