Electronic trigger frame?

I resently bought a Spyder SE from a friend and was thinking of putting a electronic trigger frame on it (probly the spirt).
Would it work and make my gun adjustable (3 round burst, 6 round burst, semi auto, and fully auto)?and is it worth the $ or should i just buy a new electronic gun like the spyder e99
