Fogging problem

I have a JT nVader mask with out a thermal lens. I am planing on getting a thermal lens to stop the fogging but i hear that it still happens with the thermal lens. WHat can i do to prevent foging? Should i take the gray vent covers to allow more air flow? WOuld that help any? Thanks Any suggestions would be appreciated
