Hey dude,
Try this question on rec talk, a lot of scenario players might know a little more on how to build one. Most of those guys are pretty knowledgable about stuff like bitty launchers, mortars, mines and stuff like that. I just did a WW2 D-Day scenario game, it was a lot of fun!!! What you're talking about building sounds like it's for scenario playing. Good luck with the quest and leave me a post if you find out how.
