It should be fine. Just try to keep it out of any slush or water. It might get some moisture from melted snow, but not enough to damage it. I wouldn't worry if I were you. When you're done, just come home and make sure everything's dry. The thing you might have trouble with, however, is co2. If you use co2 on a Spyder that isn't low pressure, in cold weather, you might have a hard time getting your velocity up to 280. You might even have recocking problems, depending on how cold it is. Good luck. P.S. - if you plan to play a lot in very cold weather, I would do one of two things: 1. go low-pressure and get an anti-siphon tank 2. Get a siphon tank, and make sure you remove any regulators or expansion chambers These are two different approaches to overcoming some of the problems associated with CO2 in cold climates. Then again, maybe you don't use CO2? You didn't say. If you use HPA, ignore all of this :)
