Hey guys,
I have an ESP frame on my Compact 2000. I'm running an P.E. tank, into a P.E. vertical reg. with a heavy main spring. It's been running fine but all of a sudden it's "double shooting". Let me try and explain, it will shoot once per trigger pull for say, 5-20 times, then all of a sudden, it will shoot twice per trigger pull, then go back to shooting once per trigger pull for another 5-20 cycles. It seems as though that the striker is not catching the sear every once in a while. I've taken it apart and there seems to be very little wear, and I've not had the ESP frame very long. It can be fixed by changing the main spring to a lighter one and turning up the reg, but then I can't get the velocity up very high at all. Sorry for the long post, but I had a lot to say. Thanks in advance!!!!!
