I have had this happen to myself twice on a pair of Flashes. One was LCD and the prob was the battery was low and because of this when the turbo kicks in it sticks on. This problem has been listed in the kingman forums many times and in most cases it was the battery ( Has something to do with the way the trigger switch sends siganls) The other time was with a Dip switch flash and the prob there was the clip that connects the wires to the board was loose. Dont know if this will help ya.
