I know someone whi is selling his shutter for $200. It has a dye barrel, some nice bolt (forgot which one) comes with a remote amd belt that holds 20oz tank. It also comes with a mask and a stalk. I was thinking about this for my friend but I dont know if it is a good deal. I also need this answered, is a shutter or a Genisis surge DF better?
