: did you check your pump arm radius to make sure its got enough room for the BOLT to clear the BREECH? on a phantom you can turn the pump arm too many times inward and make the radius or distance that the pump stroke pushes the bolt insufficient for the breech to open fully.

: those are about the only things I can think of on a Phantom - they are fairly simple markers.
