Chiltepe's method is the most effective and most legal.. i reccomend using a SP AA barrel, as it seems to be the quietest.. also instead of going through all the work of using a caulking tube, I simply procured a cardboard tube at the post office, the kind used to mail posters, as they have the caps on the ends that you need... I'm not sure if chiltepe mentioned, but line the inside of the tube with a soft foam, that eggcrate kind is the best.

also, using a remote, a neoprene tank cover, and placing a thin rubber washer between the power tube and the hammer (the parts that slap together inside the gun when you pull tigger), it will make it much quieter by getting rid of the metallic pinging sound most guns make.
