Where to get parts for Hammer?

I recently got a well-used Hammer from someone who just plain didn't want it anymore. It looks like it hasn't been cleaned in ages, the barrel is missing and the pump handle is broken off. The cleaning I can manage, and I'll definitely buy a spring kit and a new barrel (probably a spare parts kit, too... haven't tested to see if it works yet).

But the pump arm has me at an impasse. Does anyone have any idea where I can get this part, since they stopped making these guns? Also, what would be a good barrel (preferably in the <$60 range) that fits through the pump arm?
