you may be able to modify a traccer pump handle to fit, palmer has told me that he could make one. as far as a barrel, i've got both and armson stealth and a j&j ceramic both are pretty good.

the parts kit will be difficult to find, since it was discontinued the only were to find parts for it would be a shop that's had them sitting in the warehouse for a couple years. dispite what skanline's website says they don't have them instock.
