Using a pump with auto-trigger means you hold the trigger back and each time you pump, it will fire. With any semi, you fire each time you pull the trigger. While some pumps can fire at a pretty high ROF, the accuracy will be much less than that of a semi due to the fact that you're having to force the pump handle back then forward, wher as a semi does all that internaly. That's one reason we pump players tend to use less paint. We take slower more well placed shots.
