With the popularity of the flatline barrels on M98s, there are many players who just love to sit back and sling paint at absurd distances. Now, since the flatline is probably the least accurate barrel I've ever seen (maybe it's tied for least with my GZ1000), they rarely hit anything, but the shear fact that the balls go as far as they do intimidates many inexperienced players. In my experience, I've usually found it pretty easy to get well within range of flatline shooters since I've learned of their inaccuracy.

Still, however, it never ceases to amaze me when I get a group of newbies how many people will run their buts off till the see the opponent, then plop down on their belly (in a wide open clearing) and start unloading, despite the fact that they're still 200' away from their targets.
