Okay, new IR3 and having a small leak problem on the first fill. Cranking up the output pressure on my tank above 300psi or so and I start to hear the hiss. The hiss is coming from a small exhaust port located on the right side of the gun just above the flash tank manifold. So basically the air is getting through the regulator, through the flash tank and some is escaping just above it. The gun is getting a supply of air, and does fire fine, but the leak is there. I've taken the flash tank and flash tank manifold off, greased it a bit on the outside of the two small orings there, and put it back together, but this hasn't helped. Since the air path travels into and out of the LPR before it gets to the exhaust port there (I think), I'm worried I'll have to take apart the LPR to fix it. As you might guess, I don't have the tool kit yet with the piston extractor to pull out the LPR chamber. Any ideas that don't involve taking out the LPR? Or if I do, is there anyway to do it without the tool until I can get ahold of one? If so, any guesses at where I should look in the LPR assembly? I'd love to use my marker real soon, and don't want to have to wait for parts from WDP or send it away somewhere. Any help is greatly appreciated.
