Don't start upgrading untill you identify the problem, or areas you want to improve. No use upgrading the reg if you have an acceptable amount of variation in velocity. I think the barrel will probably be #1, but it depends on your prefered paint. I've run mine for 2 years stock except for the addition of a Boomstick. Get an agitated hopper, and HPA if needed (I highly recomend it for cold weather play).

: Being new to the Autococker world, what is a good first upgrade for performance. 3-way, reg., barrel ?
