The paint I have been using latley is inconsistant (Severe feild paint) but in most cases It is +/- 10-15 fps. About the efficiency I have not realy checked, we played a tournament sunday, but that was with out the ANS reg. I filled once 10 games, full hopper, 1 pod per game, So with quick math prob +/- 2500 - 3000 shots with a 88 cui 3000, Filled at 1000 played one game after. I can test it and let you all know.

: Wow that's really low. How consistent is it? I've seen some 300+ fps shots at 100psi, but that was with a Rocket Valve, and the consistency was horrible, +/- 50 fps. Lowest I've gone with +/- 5 fps is 250 psi.
