: please help , i just bought a 2002 autococker vertical and it came with a free hinge. how do
: i install it. i heard that you have to switch 2 of the hoses on the 3-way, is this true? also ,is
: the hinge really worth installing , will it help
: my markers performance since im comfertable with it? will it effect the timing or performance? by the way , what is timing and how do i time my ac?

Yes you should use the hinge.
you switch the positions of the front and back hoses on the 4way. The middle one remains the same.
Timing...jeez you may have to change the coupler's position on the timing rod, either in or out, you'll have to try both ways if it's not cocking.
If you don't know how to time it, then try to find a cocker smith to set it up for you.
If it's the WG hinge, there're instructions included, and you may want to shorten the trigger pull.
Once you get it timed right, you'll have no problems whatsoever as long as you lube properly.
