I don't know about the oracle reg, but for many inline regs, 400-450 input pressure is not sufficient for consistant output (I'm assuming 250-350 operating pressure).

Recommendations for input pressure to your reg (tank output) usually are 200-300 psi over operating pressure, or 2 times your operating pressure, or for some regs (the AA Messiah for example) 700 psi minimum.
The LP crossfire tanks are best used for markers designed to operate in the 200-250 psi range. In most cases with cockers a HP fixed output tank is a better choice.
