Orracle help

I have been getting very inconsistent velocities at the chrono. It's jumping +/- 25 fps. Anyone know what is wrong?
The orracle is brand new out of the box with a crossfire 88ci 4500psi lp tank. I tried tinkering with the velocity, but turning it did not make too much of a difference.
Do I have to mess with the reg? Someone let me know.
