Well, I don't recommend heating it up. That could possibly damage the finish, and heat treating that is done to the aluminum. I'm not sure about that, but I know how much it would suck if you would screw either part of that up. I guess I don't see why you would want to remove the dent if it doesn't cause problems, then why fix it? But, there really isn't an easy/cheap way. You could take it to an airsmith and see what they think, or consider upgrading the body?
