Feed Tube Fix

I have a 2001 Side Feed Autococker. Unfortunately there is a small dent on the top of the feed tube (where the elbow screws on). This does not affect the flow of the balls, however I would still like to get it fixed. I tried just bending it back with pliers but that didnt work. I was wondering if heating the spot up with a torch or heat gun would be safe or if that isnt a smart move. Or if anyone has any other inexpensive suggestions, all are appreciated. Thanx
