@@@ I agree with the hot water, it dries quickly. If soiled with paint I use a little rubbing alcohol mixed with water in a squeeze bottle. I have noticed this; be very careful what squeegy you use. Some pull throughs have solid plastic disks between the foam pieces that will literally not fit down the smaller diameter Freak inserts. I learned the hard way the first day I used my Freak. Make sure your pull through will fit prior to use. Jason

: Don't be concerned about breaking your inserts, there's nothing fragile about them, don't play catch with them, step on them, or throw them at anything hard and you won't have a problem. I pull out the insert, running hot water through everything helps alot, wash them out good and run a pull through squeege through em, just like cleaning a regular barrel. Put a drop of oil on your finger and rub it on the orings on the back end, assemble and your ready to rock. Hope it helps.

: : yea be very carefull with the inserts cuz they are made of very thin aluminum and they will break, to clean i would say remove the insert and wipe it off and just use a battle swab to clean your barrel or whatever you have, sumtimes i use water
: : hope it helps
