: I don't think that an adjustable reg is necessary. I think that the barrel drop forward and bolt are. But I like the pnematics on the 2000+ cockers. And with everything you add your gun is going to shoot differently with each upgrade. And since he is thinking on buying a 03 and not a freeflow or a higher priced variant I an guessing that he doesn't have loads of cash to pay for upgrades.

: So i Think that a barrel and drop forward are the most important ones. Maybe a bolt if you can spare the cash but maybe not

Adjustable rock just gives a little more personality to the gun for what type of game you want to play. With the exception of the Barrel(and that is not even all that bad) the 03 is pretty good right out of the box. Obviously an air system needs to be added so otherr than that gun is good to go. Now if you want a gun that you can taylor to the type of player you are then upgrade further. Want a gun that is good on air, a quiet gun, fast gun etc... Then you do the upgrades that will help reach that goal. The nice thing with the 2003 Cocker(and for that matter most cockers) is that you can upgrade it to suit your playing style and you can do it as $$ become available. Want to get a new front end save the $$ and then have it done but you can still play as the stock front is ok. Want to get an electronic grip play and save the $$ then get an eblade or whatever one you think is best for you.
